Allan Jack Johnson

Worcester - Allan Jack Johnson, 64, passed away peacefully in his home with his children and loved ones by his side on Sunday, May 22, 2016 after losing his courageous battle with lung cancer.

Allan is survived by his three daughters: Charity Lucier and her husband Chad S. of Worcester, Sara Lucier of FL., and Tamara Lyn Johnson of Worcester, his son Matthew Johnson of Worcester, his granddaughters Justyce Lucier and Analyia Smalley of Worcester, The Love of his Life Virginia Lucier of Worcester, sisters Debra G. Pelosi and Linda Amelotte of Worcester and brother Kenneth Johnson Jr. of Worcester. He also leaves several other children and grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers: Stephen W., Christopher W. and Stanley Johnson, and three sisters: Marlene R. Johnson, Cathleen L. Johnson and Devora J. Johnson.

Allan was born in Worcester a son of the late Kenneth Sr. and Rita (Shackett) Johnson. He worked many odd jobs over the years, and spent a great number of years as a maintenance man and apartment manager in Worcester. Allan enjoyed playing darts, shooting pool, collection artifacts and antiques and he loved to fish. He was a devoted, loving, and caring father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all who knew him. He will be remembered by his strength, courage, humor & willingness to never give up! He is truly loved and will be missed forever dearly.

Calling Hours for Allan will be Friday, June 3, 2016 from 9-11AM with a Funeral Service at 11AM at the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street Worcester. Burial Will follow at Hope Cemetery.
