Carrie Ann Plouffe

Worcester - Carrie Ann Plouffe, 38, passed away at home on November 23, 2017;

She was born in Worcester, MA on April 1, 1979 daughter of Michael S. Sweeney and Mary A. Plouffe.  Carrie worked as a waitress for many years and will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends.

Visitation will be on Friday December 1, 2017 from 10:00 - 11:00 am followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am from the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street Worcester, MA; Committal will follow in Hope Cemetery.
