He was born in Vieques, Puerto Rico on September 19, 1945, son of Aquino Ventura and Generosa Santana.

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday May 4, 2016 at 10:00 am in Hope Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors.
