Juan Aponte-Crespo

Worcester - Juan Aponte-Crespo, 79, passed away at home on April 30, 2015; Being predeceased by a son Juan Aponte, he is survived by two sons: Jose Aponte, of Chicopee, and Hector Aponte of Worcester; two daughters: Carmen Aponte and Mary Cruzado, both of Worcester; a sister: Andrea Aponte, of Florida, as well as many relatives and friends.  Juan was born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico on November 19, 1935, son to the late Jose Aponte-Medina, and Marcolina Aponte-Crespo. Juan faithfully attended Mass at St. Paul's Cathedral; He worked, for many years, as a barber, and had a great passion for being outdoors, fishing, and enjoying nature's beauty, but nothing compared to the joy he felt in his heart when he was with those that he loved.  Visitation will be on Monday May 4th from 7:00 - 9:00 pm in the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street Worcester, MA.  The funeral will be held from the funeral home on Tuesday May 5th at 9:00 am, followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 am at St. Paul's Cathedral, 38 High Street Worcester, MA. Committal services will be in Hope Cemetery.
