Worcester – Samuel Castro, 18, passed away at the UMass Memorial Medical Center on May 13, 2015 with his loving family by his side; He is survived by his mother: Margarita Maldonado, of Worcester; one brother: Brian Benoit, one sister: Brook-Lynn Faith Gonzalez, and one step-brother: Mario Benoit, all of Worcester, two aunts who loved him dearly: Maria Maldonado, and Carmen Santiago, of Worcester, His grandfather: Charles Maldonado, of Virginia; many cousins who loved him dearly; His Step-Dad: David Benoit, as well as many relatives and countless friends. Samuel was born in Worcester, MA on June 22, 1996; He attended North High School of Worcester, and will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him. Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday May 19th from 6:00 - 10:00 pm at Centros Las Americas, 11 Sycamore Street Worcester, MA. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday May 20th at 8:00 am at the Nativity School, committal will follow in St. John's Cemetery. Samuel's family wishes to express their gratitude to the Nativity School for their greatly appreciated assistance and compassion during this time.
