Gail Marie (Spooner) Strzesak
Obituary
Gail M. Strzesak 67 of Worcester was peacefully called home on March 8, 2022. Gail was predeceased by her husband Frank, her mother Kathleen, brother Burt and son Robert. She is survived by her daughters Kelly Whalen of NC Lisa Strzesak and her fiance Efrian Mercado of Grafton MA and Laurie Nelson of Alabama.
Gail leaves behind her siblings Kenneth Spooner, Julie Besaw, Kathy, John & Tammy Desrosiers. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews and two Sisters-In-Law Diane DeCarlo and Elizabeth Desrosiers.
Although she was Gail to most, she was Nana to some. She leaves behind her grandchildren, who she treasured most, Michael & Kyle Nelson, Antonio Pizarro, Kiaran Dufresne, Jakaelyn "Lulu" Vizcarrondo, Alex Whalen, Frank Mercado and Josue Rivera. Gail worked at St Vincent's Hospital for 38 years and was an avid bingo player. Gail will be missed by many.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday March 15th, 2022, from 6-8pm. Funeral will be on Wednesday March 16th, 2022, at 10am followed by a committal to Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton.
