Luis "Raul" Rivera

Worcester, MA – Luis "Raul" Rivera passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. He was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico on October 21, 1965 and was the son of Cira Ocasio and Pablo Rivera. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Evelyn Rivera, his daughter, Jania Zoe Rivera, his three stepchildren, Michael Ommy Caraballo, Karitza Caraballo, and Sheila Carrion, his sisters, Mayra Rivera and Maribel Rivera, his grandchildren, his dog, Chico, and many other relatives and friends.  
Raul loved the outdoors and went fishing and biking as often as he could. He could not resist moving when he heard salsa music and enjoyed singing along to his favorite songs. His loving and supportive attitude was appreciated by everyone who knew him. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, and grandpa and he will be remembered for his warm smile and loving heart. 
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 pm at the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street Worcester, MA. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 10:00 am in the funeral home and committal will follow at St. John's Cemetery.
