Celius Charles Obituary

Celius Charles was born on January 2nd 1934 in Jeremie, Haiti. He Passed away on March 24th 2020 at his home in Worcester, Massachusetts. He suffered from Alzheimer’s disease, which he battled with courage for the past ten years. He is survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Claricia Charles. Both shared seven children, Judith Dessources, Yvette Petit Frere, Roselene Marin, Geurda Charles, Claire Marie Charles, Junior Charles, and Clairna Charles. He was an auto mechanic and operated his own shop. He worked hard to educate all his children. At the age of seventy, celius and his wife moved to the United States and lived with his daughter Judith, where he had the chance to enjoy his grandchildren, Bryannah, Jaden, Ryan, Judeline, Crystelle, Cassandre, steven, and Cliff. He was a devoted Husband and a loving father for all his children and grandchildren. Celius was also devoted to friendship. He was a true friend, ready and willing to help at any time. Since his death many have talked about how special he was and how fortunate they were to have met him. On September 14th 2019, he was baptized in the name of jesus Christ. He was a member of the Full Gospel Church in Worcester where he enjoyed going to service every Sunday and participated in all kinds of activities. Celius affected many people in his lifetime, even those who knew him just a short time at Westborough Healthcare where he received care for four months and later returned home to his family. He will be missed very much everyday by his wife, children, and family. Most of all he loved his family and friends. May his soul rest in peace.
