Hermenegildo Torres

Hermenegildo Torres, 92, of Boston, MA died on Saturday, December 7, 2019

after a short illness.

Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, he attended schools in Puerto Rico. In

1976 he came to and settled in Worcester, MA where he went to work for

Stevens Walden Company as a tool maker until 1996. He retired and then

he went back to work for a plastic manufacturing company in Worcester,

MA until 2006. He was an avid Boston Red Sox fan.

Mr. Torres is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years Etelbina (Concepcion)

Torres; devoted daughter, Milagros De Los Santos of Boston, MA; dear son,

Alfredo F. Torres of Worcester, MA and a late dear son, Jose D. Torres; several

dear grandchildren and dear great-grandchildren.

Calling Hours will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December

11, 2019 and a Funeral Service will follow from 12 noon to 1:00 pm at Graham

Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street, Worcester, MA. Interment

will follow at All Faiths Cemetery, Worcester, MA
