Louise Helen Godin

Southbridge- Louise Helen Godin, 76, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, March 7, 2015. Louise was predeceased by her beloved husband, Rene Godin in 1994. They spent 26 wonderful years together.

Louise leaves her five children- Brian Gilpatrick, Christine Coleman, Cathy Foisy, Laurie Chapman and Susan Godin, 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, her sister Phyllis Kasputis, and many other nieces and nephews.

Louise was born in Spencer, a daughter of the late Alexander Bain and Helen Brigham. She worked for many years as a dry cleaner, and took great pride in being an excellent mother. She loved to read, do puzzles, play bingo, and to spend time with her family.

All are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday March 12, 2015 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street, Worcester, MA.  The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Friday March 13, 2015 at 11:00 am.  Committal will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park-Paxton.
